[Fulfillment] Improvement of Return Processing Function (Good/Defective Categorization)
Just as important as selling and delivering products to consumers is 'return processing'.
Particularly, the return processing experience has a significant impact on brand repurchase. Therefore, we are making efforts to process various return issues more quickly and accurately through advanced return processing process functions.
We manage your inventory more accurately.
You will be able to view the inventory status by specific date and in accordance with the receipt/delivery date.
Checking Inventory Status for a Specific Date
In Inventory Management > Inventory List, you can specify a query date and check by searching the SKU ID.
The inventory status by date query can be verified from February 6, 2024.
Checking Inventory Status Following Receipt/Delivery Occurrence
You can check it in Inventory Management > Inventory List > Detailed Information of Single Item.
If goods are categorized as defective during returns, reflected in defective stock
Especially in cases where good/defective categorization is in progress, processing allows re-shipment by classifying as normal stock after good conversion, and ensures more accurate stock management by managing as defective stock after defect conversion.

Return processing communication is getting faster.
We have enabled faster handling of repetitive communication tasks during return processing on our platform.
After registering a return in the system and the inspection is complete, you can check the issues and quantities, and the condition of the goods by photo for each product.
In cases such as defective or damaged goods, you can quickly verify the inspection status of the necessary items for decision-making in return processing for return-to-goods, disposal, etc.
Furthermore, all return processing details submitted and completed are recorded and can be checked even after receipt completion, allowing history tracking.

You can easily handle various return issues after verification.
For products where returns have been completed, you can proceed with revaluation, repackaging, and storage work based on the inspection results, while separate storage and disposal processes are available for defective products.
Handling Abnormal Products
This applies when damage or internal issues occur with the product.
After verifying the problem and category, quantity, etc., choose either normal receipt/defective receipt.
For multiple issues occurring with a single SKU where you wish to categorize only a part as good or defective, please contact the center.

Handling Mismatched Products
This applies when the product is not included in the return request.
If the product corresponds to a delivered product or registered product, specify the SKU ID and choose either normal receipt/defective receipt.
If it does not pertain to a registered product, please register the product via the Product Management menu and then match and handle the receipt with the concerned product.

In cases of missing return requests or unilateral returns by the consumer
For returns arriving at the center without a return request process, the center prioritizes accepting returns and notifying the client company to ensure the return process proceeds normally.
