The feature to automatically register return orders from shopping malls as returns has been updated.

Navigate to Fulfillment > Shopping Mall Integration Management > Shopping Mall Integration tab.

Click the "Integrate" button for the integration settings of the connected shopping mall.

After integration, configure the item values corresponding to the return creation method.

The initial value is based on the order status value of a return request generated in the shopping mall.

If you do not want the return request to be registered automatically after occurrence (default setting)

Stop return auto-registration: If you do not want the return request to be registered after it occurs, select the following option.

If automatically registered after the occurrence of a return request

You can select from D+1 to D+3 of business days.

When this value is set, the items completed for shipping in the WMS will be automatically registered as returns according to the set value after the return order occurs.
