Summary of Transportation Status(1) Request for Decision: Review the requests requiring transportation entrustment decision to ShipDa, such as quote acceptance/rejection and exporter information input(2) Local Transport In Progress: Review requests in the status from local container pickup to shipment completion(3) Sea(Air) Transport In Progress: Review requests in departure completed status(4) Domestic Transport In Progress: Review requests in the status from arrival completed to inland transport 2. [Forwarding] Dashboard Feature Update

Hello, Digital Forwarding Service - ShipDa.The ShipDa service was previously limited to 'imports', but due to many requests from our customers, we have expanded the service scope to 'exports and imports'. As shown in the image below, you can manage your transport records by dividing them into exports and imports on [My Page].<img src="https://sn-contents.s3.ap-northeast-2.amazonaws.com/articleFiles/5748b5c8-96c8-42fb-bf80-ef2acc05b5fa.png" alt="ExportTransport.png" width="100%">Currently, it is not possible to make a business request directly on the website. Please provide the details to be exported to each dedicated manager, who will then 'forcefully create' them for operation. (* It is planned to update around April '24 to enable direct business requests) We will continue to provide updates for better service.Thank you.

We would like to express our deep gratitude to all customers who use the ShipDa service.We hope you wrap up this year well at the upcoming end of the year. From 2024, we intend to adjust some service rates considering internal and external conditions.We have advised the minimum adjustments necessary for smooth operation and seek your generous understanding. The increased rates and other adjustments to some services are as follows. 1. Warehouse Delivery Console Service&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- DOC FEE (Document Issuance Fee) increased by 10,000 KRW per case compared to previous (excluding VAT) 2. Ocean Ticket Service&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- BASIC RATE increased by 20,000 KRW per case compared to previous (excluding VAT)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Change in the warehouse fee charging rate if the free period (7 days) is exceeded&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;- Abolition of some arrival services at Incheon Port (Europe, America, Australia, some parts of Asia) 3.
