Hello, Digital Forwarding Service - ShipDa.

The ShipDa service was previously limited to 'imports', but due to many requests from our customers, we have expanded the service scope to 'exports and imports'. As shown in the image below, you can manage your transport records by dividing them into exports and imports on [My Page].

Currently, it is not possible to make a business request directly on the website. Please provide the details to be exported to each dedicated manager, who will then 'forcefully create' them for operation. (* It is planned to update around April '24 to enable direct business requests)

We will continue to provide updates for better service.
