[Forwarding] Dashboard Feature Update
Hello, this is Digital Forwarding Service - ShipDa.
The dashboard feature of ShipDa has been updated.
With this update, you can check the following details on the dashboard.
1. Summary of Transportation Status
(1) Request for Decision: Review the requests requiring transportation entrustment decision to ShipDa, such as quote acceptance/rejection and exporter information input
(2) Local Transport In Progress: Review requests in the status from local container pickup to shipment completion
(3) Sea(Air) Transport In Progress: Review requests in departure completed status
(4) Domestic Transport In Progress: Review requests in the status from arrival completed to inland transport
2. Confirmation of Changes
(1) Schedule Change: Review requests with schedule changes separately
(2) Change of Mother Vessel/Sailing: Review requests with changes in mother vessel/sailing separately (including transshipment)
(3) Confirmation of Customs Issues: Review requests undergoing inspection selection and quarantine separately
Additionally, for Sea FCL, the range for real-time tracking has been added.
(1) Local Empty Container Outbound
(2) Local Pickup Completed
(3) Local Terminal Inbound Completed
(4) Shipment Completed
