The transport management screen of the forwarding service has been massively updated.

1. How to View Transport Details: Instead of navigating to a page to view transport details, a "side sheet" is opened as shown in the image below, allowing comprehensive access to information.

2. Transport Details: Information can be categorized by tabs for viewing.

(1) Exporter / Cargo Information: You can enter/view the requested cargo information and exporter details.

(2) Request Details: You can view the transport information entered/selected by the user.

(3) Transport Status: It is possible to track cargo from local transportation to the final domestic destination.

(4) Related Documents: You can view major transport documents such as BL, C/I, P/L etc.

(5) Quotation: You can check the quotation and transaction statement (post-settlement) separately.

(6) Customs Duties: You can check the details of customs duties and VAT incurred for this import.

3. Request Manager Verification: When requested as a team, you can check which manager registered the request details.

Additionally, the range of sea FCL tracking has been expanded.
