???? What is this feature?

(1) The AI reads the Packing List file (P/L)

and automatically organizes product names, SKU, quantities, sizes, and more.

(2) Even if there are multiple containers,

if container information is in the packing list, it automatically classifies them.

The organized data can be immediately used for shipping processing and inventory management.

✨ Benefits of this feature

1️⃣ Manual input is not needed

Simply upload the document, and AI organizes the products automatically.

2️⃣ Easier to check container-specific products

If the container number is in the document, it is classified automatically.

3️⃣ Applicable for shipping planning and cost calculation

If products are divided by container,

it is useful for determining shipping priority and costs.

⚠️ Important Notes

(1) Product information is recognized only from the packing list (P/L),

and the Commercial Invoice (C/I) is not used.

(2) If there is already registered cargo information,

re-uploading the document will initialize the existing information.

An initialization notice will be displayed at this time.

(3) If there is no distinction per container in the packing list,

the user must manually link which product is in which container.

(4) Currently available only for FCL (Full Container Load).
