When registering a single product, you can add the item 'Expiry Date/Manufacture Date Management' during the additional information entry stage.

When Registering a Single Product

Setting Expiry Date/Manufacture Date Management

• Do Not Set > Applied as the default value, and products with this value are shipped in order of receipt date.
• Set > When selecting management, you can single-select the management date options.
• When selecting expiry date, products are shipped from the nearest expiry date.
• When selecting manufacture date, products are shipped from the oldest manufacture date.
• “Location is managed by management date and shipped based on the entered expiry or manufacture date at the time of receipt.”
• Modification Policy
• The option for expiry date/manufacture date management cannot be changed after initial product registration.

When Registering Products in Bulk

Products can be registered in bulk via Product Management > Product Registration/Management > Single Product > Bulk Product Registration.

From the screen that appears when clicking bulk registration, download the template and fill in the management date field as below. The product is registered according to the entered details.

• When not entered (default): Products are shipped in order of the oldest receipt date if SKU expiry and manufacture dates are not managed.
• Expiry Date: Entering 'Expiry Date' will prioritize shipping products with the nearest expiry date.
• Manufacture Date: Entering 'Manufacture Date' will prioritize shipping products with the oldest manufacture date.
• Entering other values: Misentries will be treated as errors in product registration during registration.

During Receipt Registration

You can add products with a set expiry date/manufacture date in Input Management > Receipt Registration > Add Product.

After registering the request quantity, click the 'Enter' button to add the management date field for receiving the product.

After adding the item and when requesting receipt, the receipt request item registration is completed successfully.
