The function that allows you to set safety stock during product registration has been updated.

* What is safety stock?

The quantity set to receive a notification before the received product is completely shipped and depleted.

ex) When safety stock is set to 50, if the available stock is less than 50, the product is marked as "Stock Shortage".

You can set safety stock when registering a product in the Receiving Management - Product Registration/Management menu for single products.

You can set safety stock in the Additional Information tab during product registration.

(You can enter a number greater than 1.)

If the available stock of the received product is less than the set safety stock through this function, it will be marked as "Stock Shortage".

Also, items with an available stock of 0 after receiving will also be marked as "Stock Shortage".

Menus where you can check the "Stock Shortage" indication are as follows:

1) Product Registration/Management - Single Product List

2) Inventory Management - Single Product List

Try using the "View Short Stock" filter in the Inventory Management menu to easily check the following items!
