[Fulfillment-Release Management] Re-release the Same Product

We will guide you on how to use the re-release function.
This function is used when you need to release with the same information as the existing release details.
ex) In cases such as defective products or requests for exchange of consumables without receiving the return of the original product
[Release Management - Release Closing Details - Warehouse → Domestic] menu is clicked.
If it is a re-dispatch of overseas release, the [Release Management - Release Closing Details - Warehouse → Overseas] menu is clicked.
- Click “View” for the release request number to be re-released.
2. Click the “Register Re-release” button at the top right.
3. You can register the release with the same information as the existing release, and the order number will have “[Re-release]” prefixed to the existing order number.
ex) If the order number of the original release request number was “12345”, the re-released order number will be registered as “[Re-release]12345”.
This order number cannot be modified, but other information can be.
4. Modify the quantity of the originally released product to the quantity that needs to be re-released.
You can remove products or change quantities, but if a new product needs to be added, please use the direct release registration in Release Management/Applications instead of re-release from existing release closing details.
5. After modifying the release quantity, click the “Register Request” button to register a new release, which can be found in the “Release Application/Cancellation” tab. The release request number will also be registered as a new release request number.
