We guide you on how to use the overseas shipping direct registration method.

[1. Center Management - Shipping Management - Move to Shipping Application/Cancellation]

(1) Warehouse -> Overseas: Select when shipping overseas.

(2) Shipping Registration: Click for direct individual registration.

[2. Click Shipping Registration - Enter Required/Optional Information]

(1) Transportation Method(*Required): Select between air express and sea express. (*Currently only air express is available)

(2) Desired Dispatch Date(*Required): Select the desired dispatch date.

?Public holidays cannot be selected. If selected before 4 PM today, registration occurs today / If after 4 PM, selection is available from the next day onwards.

(3) Name(*Required): Only allow input in English and numbers.

(4) Contact(*Required): Only numbers are allowed for input. Minimum 10 characters, maximum 15 characters | The country code can be entered optionally.

(5) Country(*Required): Please search for and then select the country.

(6) State(*Partially Required): After selecting 'United States / Canada / India', search for and select the state information.

(7) City(*Required): Please enter the city name. Only allow input in English letters and numbers.

(8) Postal Code(*Required): Please enter the postal code. Only allow input in English letters and numbers.

(9) Detailed Address(*Required): Please enter the detailed address. Only allowed special characters ,!@.#$&*()-_+=?/:":[]₩ are permissible.

(1) Sales Channel: Select the marketplace for selling. (*Amazon, Rakuten, etc.) / If your desired marketplace is not listed, choose Direct Input, and the 'Direct Input' field on the right will be activated.

(2) Order Number: Enter the order number for the marketplace.

(3) Name/Business Name(*Required): Only allow input in English letters and numbers.

(4) Contact(*Required): Only numbers are allowed for input. Numbers pre-inputted include the country code 82, and will auto-update accordingly.

(5) Requests: Enter any special requests you may have.

(6) Add Product(*Required): Specify the products (single, group) to be shipped and input quantity.

Once the registration is complete, shipping is successfully registered.

?In the future, a separate [Product Management] - [Export Information] tab will be created, and only after entering information (such as HS-CODE) in this tab will overseas shipping be possible. You only need to enter this once..

Relevant overseas shipping functions will be continually updated.
