The overseas shipment fulfillment feature has been updated.

[1. Warehouse Management - Shipment Management - Move to Shipment Request/Cancellation]

(1) Warehouse -> Overseas: Select when shipping overseas.

(2) Shipment Registration: Click for direct registration per item.

[2. Click Shipment Registration - Enter Required/Optional Information]

(1) Transport Method(*Required): Select between air express and sea express. (*Currently, only air express is available)

(2) Desired Shipping Date(*Required): Select the desired shipping date.

?Cannot select public holidays, if selecting today before 16:00, it will be registered for the same day / if selecting today after 16:00, it will be registered for the next business day.

(3) Name(*Required): Only English letters and numbers are allowed.

(4) Contact(*Required): Only numbers are allowed. Minimum of 10 characters, maximum of 15 characters | Country code is optional.

(5) Country(*Required): Select a country after searching.

(6) State(*Partially Required): Select state information after searching if selecting 'USA / Canada / India'.

(7) City(*Required): Enter the city name. Only English letters and numbers are allowed.

(8) Postal Code(*Required): Enter the postal code. Only English letters and numbers are allowed.

(9) Detailed Address(*Required): Enter the detailed address. Only English letters and the permitted special characters ,!@.#$&*()-_+=?/:"][₩ are allowed.

(1) Sales Channel: Select the marketplace where you sell. (*Amazon, Rakuten, etc.) / If the desired marketplace is not listed, select direct entry, and the right-side 'Direct Entry' field will be activated.

(2) Order Number: Enter the order number for the marketplace.

(3) Name/Business Name(*Required): Only English letters and numbers are allowed.

(4) Contact(*Required): Only numbers are allowed. The pre-entered number is automatically updated with the included country code 82.

(5) Requests: Enter any special requests.

(6) Add Products(*Required): Specify the product (single, group) to be shipped and enter the quantity.

Press the register completion button to complete the shipment registration successfully.

?In future, a separate [Product Management] - [Export Information] tab will be created, and overseas shipments will only be possible if information (HS-CODE, etc.) is entered in that tab. One-time input is required..

The related overseas shipment function will continue to be updated.
