Simpda has launched a new feature, A/N-based schedule update, to solve the issue of uncertainty in arrival predictions caused by missing or delayed A/N (Arrival Notice) for import customers.

✨ What has improved?

• The AI automatically reflects the ETA of the A/N issued by the shipping company.
• Importers can check more reliable ETAs, regardless of whether the forwarder shares it.
• Reduces repetitive confirmation communications like “When will it arrive?”
• You can check at a glance the **A/N update status (source)** from Transporting details > Schedule.

👥 Who should use it?

• Import companies that had difficulty predicting cargo arrival schedules due to late or missing A/N sharing
• Persons in charge whose schedule sharing was frequently disturbed due to different ETA standards between forwarders/internal departments
• Teams that want to proactively proceed with customs, warehouse, and inland transport preparations based on a confirmed ETA

⚙️ How does it work?

1. When A/N (Arrival Notice) occurs during the import cargo transport process
2. AI recognizes A/N-based ETA information
3. Automatically updates the schedule for the cargo.
4. The schedule screen shows whether it was updated via A/N, allowing you to verify the basis.

⚠️ Note

• If the A/N hasn't been issued yet, or if the information is incomplete,
• It may display based on the existing schedule.
• Please check the update status in Transporting details > Schedule.

This feature is a step towards
