The existing 'Quote Request Function' for sea/air and specialized transport has been renewed.

With this update, we have integrated the quote request process in the ocean/air freight inquiry and specialized transport into a simple one-page process, including the warehouse entry console and ocean ticket.

1️⃣ User-friendly Design

After being reviewed by ShipDa forwarding operation managers who manage import/export, we reflected the flow of import/export logistics and terms used in the field in the system. The simple and intuitive UI/UX allows any import/export manager to easily access it.

The quote request process, previously divided into steps 1 through 5, can now be conducted on a single page. This reduces the hassle of going back to previous pages to check input information.

2️⃣ Real-time Quotes on One Page

If transport conditions are modified, the quotes are synchronized and displayed immediately.

When transport and cargo information are changed, the rates registered in the ShipDa system are displayed in real-time and automatically. The total estimated amount can be checked with simple modifications without page transitions.

Sea Transport Air Transport Ocean Ticket Warehouse Entry Console (China LCL Express) services can all be conducted within the integrated quote request. Comparing quotes by various transport conditions has become easier.
