Here's an update on the fulfillment service.

We would like to inform you of the center operation and delivery collection schedule around Typhoon Khanun and the August Liberation Day holiday as follows:

The collection deadline for deliveries to Jeju and Ulleungdo regions has been changed due to Typhoon Khanun.

[Regarding Typhoon Khanun]

Collections from 8/7 to 9

- Normal delivery if ships are not canceled

Collections from 8/9 to 10

- Shipping cancellation confirmed

Orders that cannot be delivered due to shipping cancellations

- Delivery will start sequentially from the 12th

[Regarding Liberation Day Holiday]

8/14 (Mon)

- Center/Customer Center: Operating normally

- CJ Courier/Kyungdong: If collected on the same day, sequential delivery from 8/16 (Wed)

8/15 (Tue) Holiday

- Center/Customer Center: Operations suspended

- CJ Courier/Kyungdong: No collection

Delivery and collection may be delayed due to the heavy volume of consignments, and we will promptly inform you if any issues arise.
