We are sharing the update details for the fulfillment service.

You can now check the status of products, incoming and outgoing shipments, returns, shopping mall integration status, and low stock status through the dashboard.

We hope that users can more easily check the status of the fulfillment service they are using.

Common

Real-time provision of incoming/outgoing/return/low stock status allows users to verify logistics status.

It can be viewed as totals and percentages for each item.

Provides the most recent update time for each item. e.g.) Last 16:30

Clicking the numbers on each item takes you to the My Page menu where you can check by applied period and status value.

Registered Product Status

- You can check the status of registered single products and group products.

Today's Registered Shipment Status

- You can check the status of today's registered shipment request items by courier, freight/vehicle/direct pickup.

Shopping Mall Integration Status

- You can check the status of integrated shopping malls among all provided by ShipDa.

- You can check the status of registered products and those with SKU IDs integrated from the shopping mall the user integrated.

Status by Menu

1) Incoming

- You can check the total and percentage of incoming items occurring from domestic→warehouse/overseas→warehouse.

- You can query inbound requests/inbound in progress/inbound completed/inspection mismatch items within a specific period.

2) Outgoing

- You can check the total and percentage of outgoing items occurring from domestic→warehouse / overseas→warehouse.

- Outgoing request/in progress/outgoing deadline/outgoing cancellation items can be queried by specific periods.

3) Returns

- You can check the total and percentage of return items occurring from domestic→warehouse / overseas→warehouse.

- You can query return requests/returns in progress/returns completed/inspection mismatch and uncollected items within a specific period.

4) Low Stock Status

You can check the low stock status by ranking according to the following criteria.

It can be checked based on the thumbnail, SKU ID of the product item, available stock, and set safety stock.

- Displays items with incoming history but zero stock.

- Displays items with less available stock than the safety stock set at product registration. (Sorted by items with a larger absolute value of data where available stock is lower than safety stock)

- If safety stock is not set, items are sorted in order of absolutely low available stock.
