We provide guidance on how to use bulk registration for overseas dispatch.

The bulk registration method for overseas dispatch is the same as the domestic dispatch method, so refer to the content below and get started!

[Center Management - Dispatch Management - Dispatch Request/Cancellation - Select the Warehouse→Overseas tab]

When you wish to use overseas dispatch (direct/bulk registration), the export information (HS Code/Invoice Amount) of the respective product must be entered.

After selecting the "Bulk Registration" button, click “Download Template” on the next screen,

and enter the information of the products to be dispatched according to the downloaded file guide.

Be sure to input the values existing in the Excel tab for Sales Channel / Country Code / Main Code, otherwise an error message will appear.

Additionally, it indicates normal/error by judging the export information of the entered SKU of the respective product, so please make sure the SKU's export information (HS Code, Invoice Amount) is entered, then proceed with bulk registration.

After entering the information of the products to be dispatched accurately, save it, then click the “Excel Upload” button.

Upload the saved file to evaluate if there are any errors in the entered dispatch products.

If all the information of the entered products is displayed as normal, you can request dispatch through the “Register Completed” button.

If there are errors, registration is not possible. Please review the guide, correct the file, and re-upload it.
