We have updated the PO (Purchase Order) based transportation management function.

* Main Target:

Import companies placing orders based on PO

* Main Features:

1. Registration and management of purchase orders (PO)
2. Simple transportation request based on purchase orders (PO)
3. View transportation details included in the purchase order (PO)
4. Display remaining quantity

[1. Purchase Order Registration Method]

(1) Purchase Order Registration: Click the button to open the 'Purchase Order Registration' popup.

(2) Enter Product Name(*Required): Enter the name of the product you are purchasing.

(3) Enter Exporter Information(*Required): Enter the information of the 'Exporter (Seller)' selling the product.

(4) Enter Invoice Amount (Optional): Enter the amount for payment.

(5) Enter PO Number(*Required): Enter the PO number agreed upon with the exporter.

(6) Upload PO Documents (Optional): Upload documents related to the PO.

? Once you click the 'Registration Complete' button, it will be registered normally and listed with the status value 'Registration Complete'.

[2. Transportation Request Method]

You can immediately request transportation after selecting a registered purchase order without a separate estimate inquiry.

Based on the information entered, ShipDa will contact the exporter and automatically update the transportation information.

(1) Select PO: Select a PO case in the 'Registration Complete' state.

(2) Click Transportation Request: Click the transportation request button.

(3) Cancel: Delete the PO.

? The PO in the 'Registration Complete' status is changed to 'In Confirmation'.

[3. View Transportation Details]

ShipDa automatically generates the request based on the transportation information after contacting the exporter.

? Once the transportation request is automatically generated, the status value changes from 'In Confirmation' to 'In Progress'.

(1) View Transportation Details: You can view detailed transportation details included in the PO.

A single PO can include multiple transportation request cases as shown in the picture below.

(2) How to Check Remaining Quantity

After shipping transportation proceeds, there may be remaining quantities for that PO.

You can check for remaining quantities through the indication "One separate case not planned for shipment (indicating remaining quantities are available for shipping)".

[4. Completion]

The PO is completed when all transportation cases included in the PO are completed (or canceled, rejected).

Relevant purchase (PO) functions are continuously updated.
